Recommend me some DS games.

I have Mario Kart, Animal Crossing, and Super Mario World 64. I've been playing Mario Kart a lot lately and have stopped playing Animal Crossing after It got boring and everyone moved away when I didn't play for a few weeks. :-/

I saw that Need For Speed Carbon is coming out on October 31st. I think it looks pretty good. I am into racing/driving games, and adventure. What about NFS:MW? I couldn't find any gameplay videos for it and it got bad ratings. I played the PC version and I had a kick out of it and stopped playing when I had to get rediculous amounts of stuff, like in the millions. Lol.

Metroid Prime Hunters? I like FPS to, but I read you have to use the stylus to do everything? It's also multi-player online?

Thanks. <3

Mario Kart DS is a must have.. I really liked Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time as an RPG option.. Tetris is fun but it's getting a little boring.. initially I liked Prime Hunters too, but honestly I think it's just 'too much' for the DS and I couldn't get use to it.

One people don't mention often is Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime. Very fun game that doesn't take itself too seriously.

New Super Mario Bros
Mario Kart DS
Advance Wars Dual Strike

And GBA games that you can play on your DS:
Advance Wars and its sequel
Fire Emblem and its sequel

It got old for me. It left a bad taste in my mouth for the ds and its games. Super Mario was awesome, but way too short. Mario Kart was ok, but isn't as fun as 64. Partners in time sealed it for me, it's a kiddie game with bad jokes.

Anyone want a used ds lite with one small stuck pixel, Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time, and goldensun for gba for the super low price of $130 shipped?

Dude, don't do it. That would be like buying a $2,000 gaming rig and the first game you play on it is Daikatana, so you sell your rig.

Meh, I like rpg's, don't want to wait for ff3, and have read that children of mana is disappointing, so I bought a ps2 is on its way from ebay. Xenosaga 2, here I come.

If you're just now buying a PS2 you could be playing RPG's for the next 8 years!

Well, I checked out all the games you guys suggested and I like Brain Age. Haha, that looks fun and educational I suppose. The new Mario vs. DK looks fun to, that's a contender. Advance Wars, meh, looks alright. Other Super Mario, meh. Trauma Center, haha, wow. That looks hard as hell. I didn't know you were timed. I'll think about buying Brain Age. I've heard great things about it. Thanks guys.

Edit:^^ what's wrong with Brain Age?

I bought one 2 years ago and played ffX and xenosaga, then resold it. I want to play through xenosaga 2 & 3 and then the x-men legends series.

Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow is one of the best games for the DS. You may have to try and find it used though since it's no longer in production.

Looks like I need a new game now too. I just beat Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime. I'm trying to play Megaman ZX, but I just don't like it. Already played/beat Mario Kart, Super Mario 64 DS, New Super Mario Bros, Mario and Luigi Partners in Time, Tony Hawk's Sk8land, Mario Hoops 3 on 3, Advance Wars (well, didn't beat. Got stuck on Pincer Strike and got too frustrated to continue). Didn't like Metroid. I think I've pretty much tapped out the DS for now, I can't think of anything that sounds worth buying.

Advance wars (very good turn based strategy), new super mario bros, brain age, Mega Man ZX (not exactly easy), Meteos (great puzzler).

i agree, brain age academy is a lot more fun than brain age. it has more games and is a lot more challengning (it's hard to get a perfect on there versus regular brain age which is really easy)

i also play phoenix wright, the URBZ (which i looooove, but i can see how ppl dont like that game), nintendogs (i got bored after awhile though), and super monkey ball. my bf likes fifa too

I only have one addition to the list, StarFox Command. Its different than StarFox 64 but still fun as hell. Takes a bit to get a hang of the controls but once you do its a breeze.
