Daft Punk has voices as well.

Sigur Ros has voices but you can't understand it so you could call it an instrument..and really..its mostly the great music behind it.

Jonny from Radiohead did a soundtrack to a movie thats completely music called body song

Most Dance has some women singing in it or some kind of saying repeated through the entire thing but go from some trance or Drum&Bass and you wont hear much words. You don't really need suggestions on artists just download or buy some good mixes.

its easier to name bands that focus more on the sound and don't really have a ton of lyrics...like Air
