Recommendation for DDR2-667 OC'ed to 850

My budget is only about $150 for a 2gb set. And I know I would be asking too much if I want it to be running at CAS 4 when OC'ed to 850. Any suggestions? Can the Super Talent one do the job? It has been like $120 lately. Thank you guys so much! And I'll be using Air Cooling only.

My cheap 1GB Kingmax DDR2-667 CL5 sticks easily do 800MHz 4-4-4-12 on 1.9V and 900MHz 4-4-4-12 on 2.05V. Don't really know where to get them outside of Sweden, though.

Might also add that this was on an AM2 system. They don't seem as happy in an Intel P965 system, although they still manage something like 800MHz 4-4-4.

Most likely, those will do DDR2-1000 4-4-4 @ 2.25-2.4V as they are Micron D9GMH.

They maybe even do DDR2-800 3-3-3 w/ higher voltage also.

Thanks guys! I've been having a really TOUGH time resisting the temptation of dropping memory price lately, especially those DDR2-800 But I hope to save some money on the memory for other stuff, since I'll only go as high as ~425 FSB. So it seems that I can do the DDR2-667 with ~$100 in the next month or two. I'll probably stick to that.

Ideally, I'm looking for 4-3/4-3/4-8/10 timings.

You don't necessarily have to run 1:1.

4:5 will give you a nice little synthetic performance boost, hence where having nice Micron stuff comes in handy

What system are you planning to build anyway?

I'm building a C2D (probably 6400) System OC'ed to 3.4 GHZ (425 x 8)

Components in Mind:

MOBO: Intel Bad Axe 2 (I want to install OS X on it)
Graphics: 7600 GT
...

The super talent ram at ewiz for $120 (for a 2GB kit) and apparently it's doing DDR950 at 5-5-5-12 by some people on this board. I think it did 4-4-4 @ 850..
