Over the course of the last few months, I've found 'other' hot deal sites to be more efficient in reporting the latest and greatest deals. It seems the inherent nature of the AT Forums leads to much 'watering down' of the deals - as more warm deals surface from user opinions.
In thinking of how AT could be better (I pledge allegiance!), I thought the addition of a 'ratings' system might be prudent.
If users were to rate each deal they replied to, it would definitely increase the likelihood one could instantly find the best recent deals (provided there were a sort feature for these ratings). And there are a multitude of ways to add/drop/keep recent/old ratings to keep the forum fresh.
