Recommendations for a ~$200 Z87 MotherBoard

Looking for a quick recommendation for a $200 Z87 motherboard.
Don't care so much about wireless features, but about reliability/stability, and extendability (ports/pcie slots etc.).

Can go a bit higher up to $240 if there's a killer feature worth it..

Overclocking matter to some extent.

Been considering the various Gigabtyte / Asus MB. but hard to make up my mind...

It barely matters at this point.

Unless you're talking about custom water loop cooling or below ambient cooling, there's a pretty small difference in OC between models.

So find one with the ports that matter to you and the warranty period that suits your needs. For example the Z87 Gryphon doesn't have so many PCIe slots since it's mATX, but it does have a 5 year warranty vs. 3 years on comparably priced ASUS ATX boards (that are not "TUF" spec, the ATX sized "TUF" boards are higher priced.)

So shop for features, ports, warranty and price.

Tom's Hardware has a review of z87 mobos around the $200.00 price point.

The one I got has been pretty good so far. It was under $200 at Microcenter with a bundle. Honestly though, the prior 4 Asus motherboards are still my favorite and I regret not going that route. Just simple things like the position of the PCIE 1x slots being unusable since the video card takes up so much room or the placement of fan headers. I also prefer the layout and feel of the Asus BIOS.

Newegg combo deal happening now might make the decision easier for you. $80 off a combo with a 4670k or $100 off with a 4770k, but they have a limited selection of boards. Giga UD3H, Asrock Extreme 6 or ASUS Pro. MSI G45 too, but it's probably below spec of what you're looking for.
