Okay... Now that I have my XBOX, I want a TV tuner that I can use my XBOX with. I would just go out and buy a new TV, but space is tight in my room, so my 17" monitor is going to do. Who recommends what?

Correct me if I am wrong, but I think you need more then a TV tuner to play your Xbox on your computer monitor. All that will let you do is connect a cable source or antenna. I would think you need something with Video In. So you can plug the RCA or S video cables into it, like i do with my PS2 on my Radeon 8500DV.

I thought about this one to match up with my ATI Radeon 32MB DDR, why are you not recommending it?

I like my Leadtek TV2000 XP Deluxe.
"or you can go w/ the Leadtek which I heard is pretty good (but Leadtek is out of business so don't expect much support)."...
You may be thinking of VisionTek or ELSA. I haven't heard anything about Leadtek going under.
That is correct. I did receive the "Deluxe" version from them on Friday.Originally posted by: music
Newegg is supposedly shipping the leadtek deluxe version instead of the non-deluxe, even though it doesn't say it's the deluxe version on the site.

I don't believe the video card has anything to do with the quality of the video display because it's just an overlay. I believe the quality lies in the chip on the TV card.Originally posted by: HeroOfPellinor
You've come to the right man.
If you have an ATI card get the TV Wonder. Not the TV Wonder VE because it lacks stereo sound which is worth the extra $10.
On a GF3 rig I tried a Leadtek TV2000XP and the picture quality was bad. I then switched to an Avermedia AverTV on a 8500 rig and realized that AverMedia doesn't work with ATI Radeon cards.
The Asus sounds decent, but, then again, so did the Leadtek.
