Greetings all,
I was wondering if anyone can recommend some decent software for me to catalogue my home library. It's not massive--around a thousand volumes--but I want something that will handle expansion. I've heard good things about Readerware (with their barcode scanner and server support), but have to admit to being almost completely in the dark as to my other options. Absolute price limit is ~75$ (not including a CCD scanner). If this is a completely unreasonable price expectation, feel free to let me know.
Basically, looking for the best combo of price, search/cross-index power, and future-proofing. Thanks in advance for the suggestions.
