u guys have any recommendations for some good fast paced books...kinda like Digital Fortress...it doesn't have to be on that kind of a subject but at the same speed as that book was.

Since most of Alistair MacLean's book are old, you might have trouble finding them. But if you do, I'm sure you'll like them. Some other good ones are:

I think it's just called Net Force. There is a sub-series called Net Force Explorers which is pretty good too. Wikipedia entry for Net Force has some of the titles:

i just ordered 7 or 8 books the other day...thats on top of probably 30+ other books i have yet to read. over the weekend i was looking for 2 more books, lol.

Start with Hunt for Red October first. That's Clancy's first Jack Ryan book.
