I'll vouch for Inno3d as I have been personally using them since the days of the MX400. The only time I'd switch cards is because of a system upgrade and not parts failure.
Reference cards are identical. So it doesnt matter if you get Asus, MSI, Zotac, Inno3D, Gigabyte etc. Its first when they mess around with the cards things change.
