jinsonxu, Sounds like you need a couple of things straightened out, and fast.
If you've got a multimeter, I'd suggest monitoring the AC wall outlet voltage for a while. If you know someone with a Fluke meter that has the logging feature, borrow it for a while and see what the power company is trying to feed you. If you do have huge swings in AC line voltage, request that they do a line test of your circuit. I could be something as simple as a loose or corroded connection in your area. If not, they could have a transformer going bad somewhere in their distribution system.
If it's not the AC voltage, I'd strongly suggest you buy a
quality name brand power supply. I can't stress enough that only quality manufactures use quality components in each and every thing they produce. No-name means bottom of the barrel!
I would recommend any power supply manufactured by SPI (Sparkle Power Inc.) which is also sold under the brand names of: Powerman, Sparkle & SPI. Every Inwin case I've bought came with a Powerman power supply and I've yet to have a lick of trouble with them.
You can find an SPI power supply here:
Case Outlet Look for the FSP300-60GT. It should be more than enough power supply to run your machine.
