Reduced call costs - US Domestic 2.5c, no monthly fee. Good service IMO.

Look, guys. OneSuite is a God-gift like Cyberrberate was. Now if you tell a lot of people, then this good thing would stop like the other one.

Okay, okay, I am kidding. And I am sorry if I reopened some old wounds.

However, OneSuite *is* God-gift. I am afraid that it is too good and might stop or become more expensive someday.

It means that they have run outta MessageOne numbers . . . . also ahem RTFW - it does not mean they have run out of sign-ups. The Message one service gives you the ability to receive faxes and voicemail WAV files to an email account. I have not used this as yet, but it sounds cool (and inexpensive) if you have a need. They do run out of these occasionally - just keep coming back and retrying.

(BTW - RTFW means . . . . .read the f*&#$&g website )

That MessageOne feature sounds pretty damn cool.

Does BigZoo.com have such a feature?

I love onesuite, but during business hours there automated system is just so filled up, it's difficult to get calls through.

Interesting - RSM - in over a year I can only think of a couple of times I've had problems . . . and then I redial once and get thru. Did you ever email them to see why you were getting the problems?

They also now have 24/7 support - <SPAN class=bodyBold>1-866-4-1SUITE (</SPAN><SPAN class=bodyBold>1-866-417-8483) - they only just brought this out.
</SPAN>
They still get my vote for value and service.

Hmmm... 1 cent/minute within the US - after a 49c connection fee. This works out cheaper than OneSuite only if your average call is 34 minutes or longer. As for international calls, factor in a connection fee between $1.25 and $2.

Not meaning to crap - this could work out cheaper for users with special needs; but for every day, hassle free long distance, OneSuite can't be beat.

With these kinds of cards, there are some good deals to be had if:
1. You plan to make extremely long phone calls
2. You plan to make those calls in a short period of time.
3. You know which country or countries you'll be calling, and have already calculated the savings ahead of time.

Otherwise, the maintenance fees (oftentimes weekly), connection fees, expiration dates (e.g. 60 days after first use), etc. get to be quite a pain. And there's no telling how the quality will be until you plunk down at least $18 or so to try it.

Those of you who rely on calling cards, have any of you cancelled your long distance provider? If so:
1. Does the "Interstate Subscriber Line Charge" monthly charge on your local phone bill disappear?
2. is it true the local phone company will charge you for not having a long distance provider specified?

However, they don't charge extra for calling mobile phones in those countries (or other countries where the caller, rather than the recipient, pays for calling a mobile phone, unlike in the US). So calls to Australian mobiles are the same 14c/minute, vs. OneSuites 26c/minute; Ireland is 14c vs 32c with OneSuite; and UK is 10.5 vs 27c/minute. So the AT&T card provides a backup for normal (landline) calls, yet to be needed; and a much cheaper option for when I'm calling someone on a mobile.

I've noticed that too. In case of calling mobile phones in some countries, I was surprised to find a traditional long distance plan could beat OneSuite based on the sole fact that they don't charge a different rate for mobile services.

Yo2, my goodness you're a genius with the burning of cell minutes! I hadn't thought of that! Of course the quality will probably sound really ridiculous since you're going through a cell to Onesuite, then linking overseas with the satillites again lol...I hadn't really bothered to figure this out since domestic LD is free on my phone lol..

Not that I've ever had to make an international call on the road(seems really crazy) but hey, I'd rather pay 5 cents a minute to china than $3 in case the need ever arises =P

(and no the need will probably never arise...lol)

By the way, Onesuite now gives out 20 free minutes for a referral(and 20 free minutes for being referred). Just FYI in case someone wants to sign up, it might be worth it to save the extra 58 cents lol =P

I thought 20 minutes sounded really good, but onesuite themselves pointed out it was just 58 cents lol...

I have to chime in , I signed up for this after reading everyones thoughts. Sign up is a breeze , so I am ready to place my first call. I try and call my friend in the uk, I have to try 7 times till I finally get a dial tone on his phone , the rest of the time it sits there quietly after I finishing punching in the number and then after like 15 seconds comes back and says please enter the number you want to call. next I try his cell phone, same thing happnes, but this time I get through after about 4 tries, then the line is so bad, I can hardly hear him at all, I know it is not his cell since I try to call him from my phone directly and it is crystal clear. Also when I do get through with a pretty good connection it just cuts me off after like 1 minute , and I have to go through the whole spiel again . I have tried several differnt local numbers with same results. maybe if I pay more for the 800 number I may get some decent service.
Pretty crappy service in my mind. Havent tried anywhere else, but I have tried several calling cards with 100 better results, seems very flaky service to me . but I guess I will need to use up my $15 I put on there somehow .

Ive used OneSuite for a year and a half now. I love it. I buy in $10-$20 increments. One thing I really like is the online statements so I can track my calls, etc. I also like being able to issue out subpin numbers. Was great for calling my girlfriend or making it so she could call me easily on my dime. She was a college student...you know how it can be, Im sure. Easy to use, very very rarely have I had any problems. And with the lower rates, its even better! I only wish I had a local access number at home, rather than only when Im visiting my mothers house. Oh well. Highly recommended to people!
