Refrigerator recommendations ~1500

ok...i need a new refrigerator. I went to Frys today to check some out, and saw some nice frigz by LG, n GE, but I dont think i should judge the "book" by its cover.
So tell me what you guys have and how you like it OR whatever you may want to recommend. Thanks in advance.

The maytag should be right around the same price as the sears model. It will have one or two more features though. I would never buy that fridge though. Go Amana. Its made in the same factory and owned by Maytag, but is cheaper.

Well I'm not sure if the change has happened yet but Sears (kenmore) was swithching to LG for there refrigerators. From what I have heard they will no longer be using Amana (owned by Maytag) as their fridge supplier. That may be a rebadged LG and they jacked the maytag price up.

We bought the Amana Easy Reach Bottom Mount Refrigerator a couple years ago... and it's still working!

We got rebates by buying more than one of their appliances at the same time.

One word - Amana. It's the best refridgerator you'll ever buy, period.

I have a GE Stainless fridge we bought last year for around $1000, and its been great.
