This is from the epox.com web site, and I am guessing they are getting rid of these because the are obsolete, not refurbs, but *I DO NOT KNOW THAT FOR SURE*.

I bought the 1.1 rev. of this board from NewEgg for $71.50 OTD to build my first system in July or August '03 and I am still using it. I just put in a AMD XP-M 2400, and am currently running it at 11.0 x 200 with no extra cooling or voltage adjustments. I haven't even tried testing the limits yet, but I am very happy with this board.
There are other boards for sale too, but I have no experience with them. See Epox USA Main Page.
Anandtech Review, December 2002
"The Editor's Choice Gold Award for best value motherboard goes to the Epox 8RDA+. The combination of speed, solid features and a bargain-basement price are what makes the Epox 8RDA+ our Editor's Choice Gold Award for best value motherboard in the Athlon XP market. It doesn't hurt that the Epox 8RDA+ ended up overclocking the best out of any other motherboard. Value users should also be pleased with Epox's excellent tech support and RMA policy".
