refurb mobo at newegg?

Anyone have experiences with refurb mobos from newegg? It says they might or might not come with all the accessories, which is what's keeping me from ordering the asus a7v8x with firewire/raid (which I haven't found in stock anywhere else).

I ordered a refurbished mobo from Newegg and only got the mobo(which worked great).
My friend ordered a refurbished mobo from new egg and got everything..(Go figure)
When you order I guess it's just the luck of the draw..

Usually a pretty good deal but sometimes not everything will be included and sometimes the product will be brand new and not even opened by the previous customer.

Is there any place where can I purchase the accessories if they aren't included?

Last question..does newegg charge a 15% restocking fee if the item is defective and they don't have any replacements in stock?
