Refurb MSI GeForce 2 Pro 64 MB w TV Out @ Newegg.com for $69 Shipped. Hot?

Hey guys,
I dont know if its hot or not, so since this is my first contribution go easy on me.

Found a MSI Starforce 831, GeForce2 Pro 64 MB w TV Out at newegg.com for $69 and free FedEx saver shipping. Needed a card for the time being while waiting for Dell to get me the Radeon 8500, sold my ultra already. I bought an older refurb MSI gefore pro 64 from newegg a week ago when I was building a box for a friend and I paid $115 for that one.

btw how does this card compare to the Visiontek GTS-V card on newegg? Any Ideas?

im assuming this card is better then the VISIONTEK Xtasy 5632 GEFORCE2 GTS-V 4X/2X 32MB AGP - OEM at Newegg.com for $65 plus $5 for shipping ?? is it not?? for the same price less $1 for a refurb geforce 2 pro
