PC version of GTA3 and Vice City is MUCH better then PS2 version. Not to mention GTA3 on PC now got a multiplayer mod

no, not video cards with 1GB of memory, more likely high res for 128MB cards and mid res for 64MB cards and low res (PS2) for 32 and lower.
