Darn, I hate to be nitpicky and I'm sure you've realized your error by now. It won't work in the 3200 since it's CF and this is a SM and it's out of stock.
You might check back tomorrow because I ordered that one about 20 minutes ago then called to cancel my order because I wasn't sure if it had drivers for XP. The $15 Sandisk SM reader does.

I thought Smartmedia != compactflash, right? DC3200 definately takes CF.
