Received mine today 5 days after ordering via UPS. Big box, nicely packed. Came with VGA, DVI, HDMI and power cables.
Paperwork mentioned Grade "B" refurbished. Looks new and no dead pixels.

Since it's a 23.5" monitor (11 9/16"x 20 1/2") screen size is slightly smaller in height than my ancient 24" Dell 2405FPW (12 3/4" x 20 3/8").

My friend bought a store return monitor for like $40 off, when we hooked it up the color settings were out of whack and we reset them to default and it looked perfect. We're pretty sure the person who had owned it just thought it had a bad screen.
