You're owed zero compensation beyond a refund of any charges. If you're dissatisfied, buy from another manufacturer in the future.

I'm not saying I don't agree w.r.t. the inconvenience, but these guys know that every single one of you shops primarily on price. Cancelling your order now won't prevent a sale in the future, and I invite you to call me out on that when you pay more for a non-EVGA card on principle in the future (equivalent, of course).
