That shows a regular 7800GTX at stock. If this is the EVGA 529, it is 490/650 (1300) at its defaults. That is faster than a 7900GS.

It's always frustrating trying to get in on deals like this, ugh. Wait for deal to commence, refresh website, website does not respond, try again, again, again.... 2 minutes later woops deal's gone, website continues to get hammered for the next 10 minutes. Wooopieeeeeeee!!

I'll clarify some of the earlier posts...

When I went to the eVGA site, there were BOTH the 7800GTX ACS3 and the regular 7800GTX cards listed at the top for $60 before shipping. Those are the current "specials". There are also a bunch of cards listed below which are not specials. Some of them are good deals and some of them are not. I think the "specials" are in celebration of eVGA's 8th anniversary and are limited. The cards below, on the other hand, should always be posted there as eVGA recently began offering their returned/refurbished cards for sale on their web site but are not nearly as good deal as the specials.

There is a timer on the web site that tells you when the next special is. Decide quickly, because those cards are gone FAST.

Unless you already have a card to go SLI, I can't see the $99 price as any sort of a deal.
Considering you can get brand new, retail boxed, equally or better performing cards, (such as ATi X1900GT or X1950 GT), for around $100 to $120, this refurb/return for $99 seems cold.

Now at $60, the 7800 GTX is a good deal.
Just note that it is a 2 year old card, not a new in retail box version, one of the most power hungry cards out (requires much more power than the comparable ATi cards listed), and is not HDCP enabled like the other current cards mentioned are..
