Remanufactured Ink Cartridges

I think this is in the right forum.. as it pertains to printers.
Hello, does anyone buy reman Ink Cartridges, and if so, from whom? and is it just as good?

And of you'll refill them to sell (I need to know where to get the poly vac bags and the tape to put over the print head and the machine to vac the poly vacs)

They are not worth the savings. I have tried several different brands, and had not so good results. Consumer Reports also did an article on them this month which was very enlightening.
