I think calling for the murder of other human beings should be a crime - unless they are already sentenced to death via a court of law..

This is Europe where a lot of anti-U.S policy is stirring up over there. These threats are also being done on private property. They are free to say whatever they want in their Mosque. They however cannot go on a public bus and say this stuff, or can they? Also in some parts of Europe, it has turned into Jews vs Muslims (France).

Tell me why Europe has this problem with their Muslims and in the U.S, the millions of Muslims here don't seem to have this problem.

Lack of education? Anyways if I had my way I would kick anyone out of the country if they don't like it.

Muslims make up only a minute fraction of the US population. They're too small a group to risk throwing their weight around, I guess.

Because not all Muslims are wackos. Jeez, someone says "Muslim" and all of a sudden everyone is looking around for Osama bin Laden yelling, "Today we die for Allah!" Europe doesn't have a problem with "their Muslims", they have a problem with extremists. They are called extremists because they don't represent the mainstream of even their own religion. For whatever reason, we have fewer extremists here. But I don't think most Muslims are the problem here.

There are Muslim ghettoes (sp?) in Europe (due to lots of people imigrating to Europe from Muslim nations). Some Europeans are apparently worried that Muslims who migrate into Europe aren't integrating into the wider community, or adopting traditional liberal/ Western European values. That has been cited as a problem in Holland, at any rate.

Most Muslims in the USA are here by choice and are fairly well off. They are middle class. They are also educated

Those in Europe are very poor immigrants.

as for european "integration"....I think the main problem is that Europeans realize it has to occur both ways. A lot of Europeans I know expect these people to get rid of the culture and customs and take on JUST the host countries culture. That just doesn't happen. In the end its a mix of both that is supposed to occur, and that is what is nice about being in the USA-->"integration" doesn't ncessarily mean the loss of one culture over another. One will play a bigger role for sure though.

I would think the situation in Europe is much different. The way I see it, is 50 years from now they'll get outta the Ghettos unless forced their by policies because this has come in the USA a LOT (IRish, Chinese, hell...any non west european race) and it always takes ~50-70 years before people get over their ____-phobia (Though a lot of bad crap happens in that time regretfully)

The problem is imaginary, just like the american fear of terrorism. Some of them are extremists, but the lack of integration is primarily stupid people, on both sides.
