remote admin Win7?

Good news, everyone! Parents got a win 7 desktop, and it tends to be chugging along well.

Since I'm half a continent away, I'd like the ability to remotely access the computer and install or remove programs, tweak e-mail settings, and similar.

This will be done only with the consent of the computer's owners.

What is the best method to achieve this?

Logmein. You don't need the pro version, just the free.

i second logme in.

free edition you cant transfer files, but you can control the machine remotely.
