remote assistance with a firewall

How do I use remote assistance when the computer I am calling has a linksys router. I told him to DMZ his ip address and I get a message that stats "Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the remote host name could not be resolved. Please try again"
Does anyone know how to resolve this? It works great on computers without a firewall

Do you mean http://photos.yahoo.com/shogun3131 ? If so, then keep in mind this is nothing more than the Terminal Services (TS) client under a new name in XP. You use this client in conjunction with a TS server, either in NT4 or W2KS/AS/DC. I do believe that this app is not peer-to-peer, but client-server. It operates on port 3389. And, as you can see, its working in my little [evil] world. 8]
