removable hard drive racks

I've heard some people call these "sleds". I'm wondering if they would work well for backing up files on a server. If I want to order say three enclosures for 3 hard drives in a rotation, can I just get one sheath, or do I get 3? Anyone know of a good place to order these?

Anyone know good automated backup software to use as well?

In my humble opinion this would be a very poor choice for server backups.

Chances are you do not have hot-swap hardware, so you would need to reboot the server when switching drives. Most professional backup software will be geared towards tape backups and may only reluctantly perform what you are planning. I use Veritas Backup Exec at work, it gets the job done, has many options, and handles the scheduleing. But between software and hardware you are looking at a minimum of $1000.-

You can buy an 81 GB Maxtor for under $300, and some of these "sleds" are hot-swap capable. I don't see how tape can compare. Thanks for Veritas suggestion; I'll try their demo.
