Removing ads from Gamespy Arcade?

Is there a way to remove the ad software from Gamespy Arcade? I found some patches for older versions (1.09) but cant find anything for 1.1... if anyone has version 1.09 and can post it for me, please PM me, thanks!
Otherwise, is there another way to play Halo over the net on Xbox?
