Rename General Hardware forum to Computer Hardware and Builds

The General Hardware is very nice to read, but a lot of it is Computer Build questions and whether this build is good or recommendations for this type of build or for this type of person. Though very helpful and useful questions to read and ask, I think those questions would best be located in a specifically related forum so that more general questions can populate that forum rather than the many that are related specifically to computer builds.

And yes I know my forum account is new, but I have read these forums off and on the past 5 years and posted awhile ago on this very forum to get computer build suggestions. The information was helpful, as were the responses, but I don't think it would hurt to have computer build questions be on its own subforum.

Without the build threads, I think that forum would become very slow.
