I first noticed this in build 7068, but it still occurs in 7100. I haven't figured out what triggers it, but after a little bit of use, I lose the borders on my windows.
You can see it in an empty folder window here. The borders turn a light, partially transparent blue, and stay that way.

I find that if I kill the dwm.exe process, the window borders go back to normal, but only for a little while.
This is with a clean install, x86 on a Sony VGN-BZ560 laptop. The display driver is: Mobile Intel(R) 45 Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1).
Has anyone seen this before? Is it a driver issue? Any hints on resolving this? It did not occur with build 7057.
