Rental Management Apps

Been a few years since I did any long term rental management (been using AirBNB and VRBO for the last 5 years or so). Well I am in the process of getting a new rental home and looking at the current tools out there.

Has anyone use Zillow Rental Manager? Seems pretty handy for screening and even rent payments. Any other tools anyone would recommend?

Swore I'd never have rentals again....well, closing on the 27th so I'm interested also.

As a tenant, I've had a landlord who did mysmartmove, and another that did Trulia. Both were pretty seamless and nice for me as I didn't have to worry about putting my information in the hands of a landlord or rental company. Trulia was nice as you can integrate the rental listing directly with the application.
