Did everyone miss the part where he said Hertz is the only option?

Enterprise was an option... but they do not offer "One Way" rentals.

I forgot to mention that we are driving it from Portland, OR to San Fransisco, CA.

Some searching on Google will let you find the CDP (corporate discount codes) that will waive 25 and under rentals. Not to say I'm encouraging this, but you might want to look up the ABA hertz rental code...you know, if you're a lawyer and are already part of that organization. You'll also get a nice discounted rate on the cars...
