Personally, I think the main bumper support could be bent, ( red arrows showing the bar is a bit close to the tyre,
To restore the dent in the plastic bar, I would remove the plastic bumper cover, and hold the dented end in a “ large pot or drum of boiling water “ on a open fire or , (or in a big pot of boiling water on my kitchen stove, )
Hold the end of the bumper in the boiling water for 10 minutes, then take it out and use good gloves to finger press the dents out, ( no hammer required ), let it cool. Check for small dents, and if you still have any small dents put it back in the boiling water again, and keep working it until it is right,
Please note, it might take 3-4 goes at heating and cooling and massaging the bar, to get almost exactly right, my line of thought and experience is to keep heating and massaging, then letting it cool, check,
Creases and white fracture lines with fine impact cracking in the fold of bends, are hard to restore (make invisible to a glance, ) “with boiling water”,
To restore strength and colour to fracture or impact (white) lines or areas with very fine to course cracking,, you will need heat, in the nature of (A) small light fine gas torch,(some fancy high power cigarette lighters are ok for a very small area or crease line, ( needs a lot of practice, ) or (B) heat gun with reducing nozzle, or a decent hair dryer with a DIY air flow reducing nozzle, fitted, the point that should be noted here is with white fracture lines, is “ only “heat the white fracture lines or areas,
