Obviously golf course ownership didn't inhibit President Obama so I'm not sure how that matters in the least.

That golf course thing is about as dumb of a thing for you to harp on as can be. You've gone insane.

What is he going to do fight the local government on climate change or use their biases to get what he wants done? I hope you get the help you need during the next 4 years.
so your guarantee is?

and this is a textbook example of buckshatting for all the kids at home. I'm sure it will be in urban dictionary at some point, maybe even wikipedia.

I am making a prediction, Trump will not play as much golf as Obama did. Trump was called lazy by he who is insensitive to indigenous people of the north.

I believe you guaranteed it, unless your word is as good as drumpfs'. I don't think he's lazy. I thought I gave him a very fair assessment.

Trump derangement syndrome. Although this one looks to be catatonic. Clearly needs to get out for a while.

How could I literally guarantee a president would do anything? It was obviously a figure of speech but ever since Trump ended Mrs. Clinton's career you've completely lost your mind.

What else COULD it be? You think I can guarantee anything Trump does, do you think I think I can literally guarantee anything Trump does.

It is my prediction, got it? Not a literal guarantee.

He'll be just as much your president as he will be mine. Enjoy the ride.

He isn't lazy, that was simply false though. I guarantee he isn't going to golf as much as Obama did.

You realize Trump golfs all the time, right? He also has a reputation for constantly cheating, haha.

I will grant to you that he may simply be too inept to grasp the material necessary to be the president, but considering it is obvious that he hasn't gotten the material yet even though he's had a year and a half the answer seems to be either incapacity or unwillingness, meaning laziness.

Again, smart choice, haha.

This is the template he follows. Makes a comment in the first paragraph then insults in the second. How pathetic do you have to be to need to call people names on the internet? Make you feel good or something?

In any case this is being talked about and one way or the other Obamacare is done. President Trump will see to it.

In a worthwhile discussion, it's important to identify parties who can't possible contribute anything of value and only seem to be there to mouth their meaningless opinion. Sort of like a group of doctors mocking some dumbshit trying to butt into their conversation. Also a heads up you're never one of the doctors.

The GoP has railed against Romneycare for as long as Obama had gotten behind it. Deep down I think they were on board because of the welfare it gives to the pharmaceutical industry and I question whether they would ever actually repeal it if they had the power to do so. I almost wish Trump had said "No compromises, we're repealing it", called their bluff, and watch as they back peddle furiously.

You should have said "predict" rather than guarantee... you could have saved yourself and everyone else a whole lot of bother.

There's a reason they never actually supplied an alternative despite promising to do so for about seven years. There's no alternative to the ACA that covers pre existing conditions that doesn't look a lot like the ACA.

Who really gives a fuck what laws are replaced/retitled at this point unless the insurance companies are somehow going to be reined in. The shits always going to get more expensive, it's not going to stop.

Health insurance wouldn't be nearly as expensive if health CARE wasn't so expensive and getting more expensive every year. It's kind of like when you buy a car worth twice as much as your old one and you bitch that your car insurance goes up, it's the underlying cost of the product that is the real issue.

Do you think health insurance should be actual insurance? Like when you need a surgery your insurance kicks in. If you go to the doctor for a checkup, customer pays. Doctors would need to try and earn patients. When consumers are spending other people's money the prices go up.

I want Trump supporters to lose the insurance the ACA gave and suffer for it. It is what they deserve.

They will just go back to their old way of:

A: Not having health insurance

B: When they are sick or injured will come us my ER and use us as their PCP

C: When the bill comes the will throw it in the trash since no one will ever come knocking on their door to collect it.

D: We will continue to raise premiums and deductibles for us suckers who don't gamble with our health and pay our bills.

I am hoping, praying that all hospitals in very near future start to turn away people who cannot pay their bill up front if they have chosen to forgo health insurance. Kick them to the MF curb where they belong.

I'll take freedom over a central government mandating that I purchase something. If I don't want health insurance that is not the federal government's problem or business.

Trump has said over and over again that we need to take care of our people. Believe him or not but this is what he's been saying for a long time.

Another thing we need to get under control is all the people who use our ER's as their PCP who HAVE insurance. Especially those on Medicaid. I have watched this group of American's abuse our ER's for the 10 years I have been working in an ER. The come in day and night, night and day, sometimes day after day after day for NON emergencies and walk out out with little to no copay. They don't have to wait a day to see their PCP and they get treated for free. It takes me every ounce of my sanity not to call them out on their bullshit. We ALL pay for this...

Excellent point and there were a lot of provisions in the ACA designed to push down healthcare costs (or at least make them rise more slowly).
Things like pushing medical providers into electronic records that could be easily (but securely) shared among medical providers, limiting premiums so that at least 80% of the premiums had to be spent on claims or the insurer had to refund the excess to the policy holder (probably a 100% guaranty that will be killed in any GOP plan as unfairly hurting insurance companies), etc.

I really, really hope Trump gets some real experts-from all viewpoints such as insurers, healthcare providers, patient advocates, etc. before gutting the ACA. It can certainly be made a lot better or made worthless. We need a workable and affordable health care system in this country and I could care less who takes the credit for getting it right.

I thought that was addressed under the ACA so they got hammered on the deductible in that situation. Medicaid is a different program though, but certainly a worthwhile step to take there.

Philosophically appealing position but preventive health care saves a whole lot more bucks overall. Having the insurance plans fully cover annual physicals is an effective way of driving down overall costs.
