I gotta try this with my old worn out explorer 1.0 <-- the very first one, right handed model Think they'll send an updated version like a 3.0 since I doubt they have any 1.0s?

My mouse isn't exactly "broken," but I'm wondering if I should replace it under this plan.
Here's a picture of it. Perhaps all of you can help me decide. Thanks!

A long distance telephone fax will probably cost more than 10 cents. I just sent this in with two mice, one an ancient Microsoft Basic mouse and one an Intellemouse, but an OEM version. Not sure if it will come through, but it is worth the gamble of a short long distance phone call.yea right!! like i'm going to spend $.10 to make a copy of the bottom of my mouse
I work in the IS dept, and we've had about a 1/2 dozen of the original explorers go bad. If I remember correctly, there is a recall on them.
