Guys... my motherboard fan makes a buzzing noise evey morning when I start it up (asus a7v133) for like 30 seconds and then it runs normally and quiet... oil doesn't seem to help.. is there anywhere I can get a replacement fan? Does anyone have a spare for me?

i think the blue orbs fit here.. but i really don't need that much cooling there i think... just something small and quiet to cool that little heatsink...

all i have are 80mm panaflo in my case.. and that little fan is making more noise in the morning that all the fans combined...

I've heard alot of people say that they don't even use the chipset fan... or another idea is to look around for an old 486 HSF and use that fan.

yeah... it doesn't SEEM like it needs that fan... but then again... i'm a wuss with no money... and this is my only system...
i'd rather get a replacement and play it saft...

486 huh... dang... don't have one here.... probably be noisy no?

Doubt you'd hear it over any other fan you already have

I suggest you go with the Zalman Chipset Cooler.. avoid fan based heatsinks on a motherboard.. there's no point and most are notoriously unreliable..
