replacing stock fan on EVGA 7600GT

no gaming, no SLI, just plain ol' office use; want to replace this super noisy fan for quiet one. do you have any recs for one that's cheap and doesn't require any modding? I was looking at the ZeroTherm GX710 at newegg for $20.

I used one of this on my old 7600 GT. On the low speed mode it's virtually silent and 10 degrees lower than stock.
