I've actually debated removing the shower from the adjacent bathroom (I've never used it), and walling off that area to create a space for stacking the washer and dryer. The best part is that given that it's a shower, I've already got water to the area and a drain for removing water.
Oh, that's pretty cool looking. Is it more reliable than the crimp rings?
Bathrooms add value to a house. A spacious laundry room, hardly. Dont know what your intentions are with this house...
My plumber seems to think so. Switched to this system, traveled to Minnesota to undergo a week's training from Uponor and doesnt install anything other pex system. A pretty picky guy in regards to what products he offers and detail obsessed so I think I can trust his judgement. I have 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchen and 2 laundry area done so I sure hope so!
