But what I want to know is whether this seems to be the same pattern as the first time she decided she wanted something new....I want to be prepared when I hear her say she has found someone else. I wish I could make her feel this way....but then again I wish it upon no one, so even if I could I wouldnt.

yes it's the same pattern. she's found someone else. If she hasn't she needs to.

EDIT: Oh, and drop her. She's not worth the stress, especially if she cheated on you once before. Not only that, but it seems like you can't let it go (which is understandable, but you'd have to do it if you really want to get back together with her). Either argument is reason enough to drop this relationship, but both together really just makes you seem like you're getting used.
