Republicans much more tolerant of abhorrent behavior. Results from just released poll

Some of these results are so skewed you can say Republicans are welcoming of certain types of bad behavior. Results likely won't surprise most. Some of you will revert to your usual defense of "it doesn't matter"

A thought after reading this, crime is a major issue with Republicans, so they say. However, look at all the abhorrent behavior they are willing to tolerate. What is crime at its base? Bad behavior that is illegal.

I just read an article some asshole boarded a plane in first class and attacked the flight attendant. There is an uptick in crime but what is the cause? How about bad behavior everywhere? One of the side effects of backing Trump is standards of behavior are at a new low. Trump didn't invent bad behavior, but he made cool again amongst his peeps. My question why are they complaining about crime when they ushered in the era of bad behavior?

Just look at the commentary of GOP supporters and how they talk to and threaten anyone that is not a cis-straight white "God-fearing" male.

I actually suspect that real percentages are worse but some people felt too guilty to report their inner thoughts.

Incidentally, I live near the Lily Peter's case (10 year old girl in WI). The stuff coming out about the social media posts from the 14 year old murderers father is disgusting. Big time red hat proud boy shit.


Edit: I was misinformed. Posts were from kids, mother's boyfriend. Lots of glorification of violence. No indication of political affiliation. Still disturbing stuff.

I'm in WI too. I haven't seen the stuff you're mentioning about the suspect's father. Got a link?

A friend of mine has friends that have seen and posted his Facebook messages. Photos or guns. Posts glorifying rape. I don't have Facebook so I can't link but I trust the source. It's possible that it's exaggerated given typical internet telephone phenomenon, however given the statement from the 14 year old suspect and the brutality involved I believe it for now.

Imagine if you were conditioned to hate other people for traits that marked them as disgusting and you learned what those traits are by being accused of manifesting them yourself. Now imagine you were also conditioned to think that being disgusting like that no longer applies to you because you have joined the good guys group, people entitled and deserving of society's rewards. Now imagine that some out-group is able to see that you are still just a disgusting entitled prick as once you were made to feel and they made it clear to you say on facebook or MSNBC. Don't you think you would want to herd-up with all the other assholes in the world for self protection. In such a herd disgusting behavior is a badge of honor. It's what makes you belong.

Well, the most abhorrent thing a person can do that's not actually illegal in this country is vote Republican, so this shouldn't be shocking.
