Even my father who has voted republican all his life realized Cain would be a terrible president.
I don't think Cain will get the nomination...everybody knows Republicans are racist.
I don't think Cain will get the nomination...everybody knows Republicans are racist.
I wish my Father would have his common sense but he would vote for Jack the Ripper if he had an "R" by his name.
I believe the last 3 years of acting like petulant selfish hypocrites trumps whatever racist notions people attribute to them. Few people I know transfer the racist overtones of the Tea party directly to the GOP, but almost all of them are disgusted by the "party before all else" behavior, as well as the contempt for the middle class.
What racial overtones? Any evidence?
LMAO must be nice going through life with blinders on
Yes...everybody knows this too.I believe the last 3 years of acting like petulant selfish hypocrites trumps whatever racist notions people attribute to them. Few people I know transfer the racist overtones of the Tea party directly to the GOP, but almost all of them are disgusted by the "party before all else" behavior, as well as the contempt for the middle class.
Repeat: Any evidence?
Oh TONS of examples in the link in my sig also for your viewing pleasure.
I looked at your first link on Gingrich and was surprised to learn that comments like "the food stamp president", "knows how to get the whole country to resemble Detroit" and "Kenyan anti-colonialist behavior" are considered racist comments. Must be "code" that only the Party of Intellectualism can understand. So I looked up the phrases to get context.Oh first start off with this one:

Then goto these:

Then if your're still not convinced I have NUMEROUS examples in the link in my sig
If your're not convinced after that you Sir are a die hard Republican worthy of the party you serve
I was starting to like him a little bit, but now I see he's now calling for abortion to be outlawed despite his previous "it's that family's business" position.
Just another flip-flopping teapublican who will say anything to get elected. The only candidates I can respect are Paul and Huntsman it seems.
There's a video interview w\ Piers Morgan in which he starts out saying that he's 100% against abortion and that life starts at conception.
Then 30 seconds later he says he's pro choice lol
I fail to see how these two statements contradict each other.
I personally think that abortion should be completely removed from ANY campaign related things. It has nothing to do with a person running the country or taking orders from other people as to how to run the country. It's simply a fluff issue to keep people from talking about real issues.
Are you being serious?
Okay, I just read this one. It's another accusation of racism against, not the Tea Party, but Newt Gingrich, because he criticized the president by calling him a food-stamp president, which the left immediately attributes to racism, since you know only black people use food stamps apparently.
This is another opinion piece that levels the racism charge, again not at the tea party, but at Ronald Reagan.
Again, no accusations against the Tea Party. More about the Arizona anti-illegal immigration bill.
Same as the above. No mention of the tea party, just another mention of the groundless racism charge against Rick Perry for the N***erhead nonsense.
At this point the trend is so obvious I don't know why I waste my time going through each link. No mention of the tea party, or of racism either. Simply mediamatters disputing Sean Hannity's allegation that Obama marched with the New Black Panthers.
Another piece about the New Black Panthers. Still no mention of the tea party or racism.
Same as above again. Dealing with the 2007 New Black Panthers controversy, and has nothing whatsoever to do with the Tea Party.
If the examples linked in this post are at all indicative of those in your sig, I think I can guess what they're about, rather than have to labor through each one.

Gingrich sought to lay blame for the recession, as well as the economic and social upheaval in Detroit, on Obama and his policies. President Obama is the most successful food stamp president in American history, Gingrich said. I would like to be the most successful paycheck president in American history.

He's talking about the economy not race.
"Left-wing policies don't work.
If you look at the collapse of Detroit or the rise of Texas, and you say to yourself 'which would you like better: the state that had the most job creation in America over the last ten years or a city which has collapsed?'
I know, by talking with Governor Rick Perry and others, I know how to get the whole country to resemble Texas. President Obama knows how to get the whole country to resemble Detroit."
He's talking about the economy not race.
What if [Obama] is so outside our comprehension, that only if you understand Kenyan, anti-colonial behavior, can you begin to piece together [his actions]? Gingrich asks. That is the most accurate, predictive model for his behavior.
This is a person who is fundamentally out of touch with how the world works, who happened to have played a wonderful con, as a result of which he is now president, Gingrich tells us.
I think he worked very hard at being a person who is normal, reasonable, moderate, bipartisan, transparent, accommodating none of which was true, Gingrich continues. In the Alinksy tradition, he was being the person he needed to be in order to achieve the position he needed to achieve . . . He was authentically dishonest.
He's talking about his opinion on Obama's worldview and perceived dishonesty.
Racism not found. Perhaps you should consider tempering your myopic outrage with a quick google of Democrat rasict comments.
