Rerouting Ports

I have a dedicated server with remote desktop setup and a few admin programs setup to run through a web browser on ports other than 80.

My company blocks traffic on all but smtp, pop, http, and https ports. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good (free) anonymous browsing or other proxy site where you can put in a URL and port and connect so that it will feed the info back through port 80.

As for remote desktop, is there any good way for me to get to that through the firewall?

For your questions:

(1) I think you want to do PAT (port address translation) on your firewall if the item is in your DMZ. Talk to your firewall people, do not do this without them - you're just asking for trouble. I'm assuming (hoping) that this dedicated server, if on your companies internal network, is also not exposed to the Internet. See #2 for a better solution.

(2) A very bad idea to have RD open to the outside world. Get a VPN setup and use that.

I'm in the security realm and exposing a Windows computer to the external world with RD only allows script kiddies to either (a) lockout all of the accounts on the box or (b) hack at it until their hearts are content and they have an administrative login.

I think I can stop there with why it's a bad idea....#1 is not really much better. Don't take it personally, I'm just saying you are asking for trouble if you do either of these without some sort of further security controls in place.
