Thanks AT! I spoke to my parents in Baton Rouge yesterday, the relief centers are swamped and really need help. Red Cross and the other organizations have been doing a great job despite what the media says. The main reason things started slowly is b/c the roads were out and it takes time to mobilize and spread the relief in an organized manner.

I may be leaving today to help out with some of the relief efforts. So keep me and the shelters in your prayers.

don't you love it when the government relies on the people for $ instead of themselves for the greatest disaster of all time. It certainly does make sense. Lets give all our money elsewhere and not america weee! Anyways, I donated regardless. Those people deserve wayyy more than what they're receiving.

Cuba is sending over 1100 doctors? wow, i'm suprise they're even helping.

Venezuela is giving us 1 million barrels of gasoline.

They can sell their gasoline to us. Cost about 14 cents a gallon in Venezuela.
