Reselling on eBay...

I've been on a quest for a new GPU. To make a long story short I'm waiting on a refund RMA for an x1600 pro from newegg, I bought an eVga nVidia card off of eBay but I'm hearing I may have some issues with that so I want to try and resell it. I could use the guy I bought it froms pictures and descriptions, not even open the package or whatever. Should I wait till I recieve it to post the auction?

I think its against the TOS to sell what you don't have. But as long as you pull through, you should be fine.

i wouldn't do it...what if the card is DOA and you have to ship back to the seller, and then you've got a pissed off buyer that wants to know why his card hasn't shipped yet...and if the seller dicks around then you're dealing with a pissy buyer and a deadbeat seller all at the same time...

it might work out just fine, but it sounds like a recipe for disaster to me

Ok the card is new and unopened besides a removed UPC...I guess my question is should I just sell of the card I may have problems with to purchase a more reliable one or not? The seller doesn't have any written kind of return policy. I could E-Mail him I guess. What should I do?

personally, i would wait until the card is in your hot little hands before you resell it

what if there's a shipping issue?

too many variables for me to be comfortable, personally

but i've worked hard for my 100% positive ebay and heat, and don't wanna ruin it over some bs
