Reseting my pc's resolution

I was messing with the resolution and hertz settings on my pc according to viewsonic my monitor(a90f+)supports 1280x1024 @82hz so i proceded to set it as such and as soon as i did my screen goes blank and and according to my monitor it is set to 82.01 hz and can't display it so i need a way to reset this without getting into windows because i have no display device cappable of over 82hz. So I say again PLEASE HELP ME

When you change your resolution it usually gives you like 15 seconds to confirm preview the changes and decided whether or not to keep the changes. Why did you click Yes if your screen goes blank???
To answer your question you can probably boot into Safe Mode(Pressing F8 when booting into Windows) and change the resolution and refresh. If that doesn't work I'd just delete the video adapter from device manager, cause when you do that it usually just defaults back to the original resolution and refresh
