It's like getting $22 off your bill.
Ask your server before the meal if they take it. When you get your check, just put it in the billfold with payment.
You can only use 1 per restaurant per 30 days. You can use a different coupon in a different restaurant, just not the same one for 30 days.
You cannot combine coupons even if you split a check. 1 person per party may use a coupon.
From personal experience, I eat out a lot in NYC manhattan (4-5 nights a week). Most place I eat are about $20-35 plates, $80-100 per 2. Restaurant.com had a huge selection of very good places in all different price ranges. Most of the coupons can be used on a bill $35-50 or higher which is easy. They do an automatic gratuity but it is modest. I usually add 5% if service was decent. Anything higher end like nobu, jean george, modern, you don't need a coupon for cuz if you do, you can't afford the place.

I've already used a couple of these "coupons" or as they call them: "gift certificates".
On both occasions it took a little while for the restaurant to figure out how to "ring them up". It seems my gift certificates were the first they had seen.
Yesterday, I bought around $50 worth of seafood from a local seafood mart and applied my $25 GC which only costs me $5. :Q

Remember to read the stipulations with each coupon. I got a coupon to a local Indian restaurant for $3 or so which gives me $25 off $50...some coupons require like 18% gratuity too. I mean, it's still a good deal, but I haven't used it because I haven't gotten enough people together to order $50 worth of Indian food lol.

Does anyone know if you have to use these all at once?

An "automatic gratuity" no longer protects the customer, as now the server has no incentive to provide good service, they are getting a tip anyway. The function of a tip is reward good service, not to reward merely being a dish transporter.
