Restaurant dining! Spend $10 for a $25 Certificate

There are a lot of restaurants which will give you $25 Certificates for only $10 on Amazon's Gourmet (Beta). Refine the search once youre under the "Gourmet Food" category to include your city: "gift certificates __your_city___". Enjoy!

These are Restaurant.com coupons - they can sometimes be found for cheaper on eBay, but I recall there being a coupon floating around...

Restaurants.com often has 50% off coupons so you can get a $25 for $5. The 25 for 10 is the standard price....I'd wait until they have a sale again instead of buying at $10. Also, make sure you read the fine print for each restaurant. Some have minimum amts of people in the party...minimum check amts (before alchohol) ...only good on certain days...you get the point. Definitely a good deal just don't go trying to use a coupon on a Friday night when they only accept them on Mondays.

I have used Resteraunt.com certificates, and never paid full price. SoulAssassin is right about reading the fine print. The rules are reasonable, but just be sure to read them. You can get a great deal, but find a coupon first.

there is a coupon code available until 5/1/05 that will reduce the already low price of these certificates by 50%. i believe it only applies if you purchase the certificate from the restaurant.com site (i'd post it if i could, but the forum rules prohibit it, sorry )

it shouldn't be difficult to find, though.

We used a restaurant.com certificate the other night. Worked fine. Had gotten the deal off of a site advertised by a member here - apex. We went with a couple of other couples, and out portion of the bill came to < $2.50 plus tip. I gave her $10 told her to keep the change, and she was happy. With the $25 GC that cost $5, we spent all of $15 on dinner for two at a nice little italian restaurant called Tuscani Ristorante Italiano Link to restaurant.com page for Tuscani...

There were a couple of restrictions: parties of 4 or more. Though they let us use it even though we had separate checks. And they left a coworker use one a few days earlier even with 3 in their party. Exc. Fri and Sat. Not including tip, drinks or tax.

2 day sale - 60% off! That's $4 for a $25 GC, or $1.20 for the 50% off or $10 GCs. Trying to get to the site, it feels like it's getting hammered though... I'd post the code, but I cant...

before you drop 10$ for a restaurant.com GC, do yourself and your wallet a favor and check to make sure that the restaurant in question is still accepting the GC.

afa i know, the restaurant don't get diddly from the gc, besides traffic. so when you haul ur butt into the restaurant, the owner is essentially giving you free food, hoping your cheap a$s will come back for more of his food laced w/ crack
