yeah but tax is as much as shipping in AZ,CA and so on, so it balances out.

I bought the same kit from Frys.com months ago and it had these Micron D9GKX (?) chips on it that I was told are supposed to be very good overclockers (I am not an overclocker, so I run them at stock speed).

All these deals on chips and MB's look like they are trying to clear out inventory. It looks like Nehalem is coming soon, and perhaps a new low end chip as well.
