What *I* want to know, is on the PDF rebate at TBargains, the other rebate mentions 25 dollar rebates on "Select Games/WaveBird."

It is a $5 rebate per game/wavebird, limit 5. That is why it says recieve up to $25 (5 x $5 = $25).

But if you read into the fine print, it says something to the effect of "limit 5." What I want to know, is if you can get a 25 dollar rebate on each game, or five dollars total off five games. The second sounds more feasible, in which case the maximum dollar/use ratio is one game, one Wavebird - total savings of 12.5 off each. I hate legalese.

I posted this to the Nintendo Rebate thread, but will post it here as well.

This morning the Circuit City computers appear to be deducting more than $35 when you buy a Gamecube, Game, and Wavebird controller. The promo works by taking $11 off the Wavebird, $24 off the game, but it also took $24 off the Gamecube. I ended up with a total discount of $59 instead of $35.

Hey!

I have been looking to BlockBuster for another bundle deal. I went back and talked with the employee. Original purchase price was an error on her part. So BlockBuster is out.

Some still have bundles @ standard $189. Puchasing gift cards and using rebate is fair but no as good as the CC deal.

So very sorry....

That giftcard idea is good for at least $15 off the bundle. I bought a $50 giftcard and used the $55 towards buying some preplayed games.

All the stores seem to carry spice, indigo or black for the normal controllers and the grey color for wavebirds

ok i just saw that videogamedepot is taking preorders for silver wavebirds ($39 each) and silver and emerald colored controllers ($27 each). They're imports. Don't know when they'll be showing up in the states though.

I wrote to Nintendo and a rep told me that Platinum contollers are a Toy 'R us exclusive, so off to Toys 'R Us I go, too bad I can't use those $5 off BB coupons.
