So I purchased a pre-paid Verizon phone from Best Buy and it was pretty terrible (Nokia 2605). Build/sound quality was way below average and the signal I got out of it was pretty spotty. I was able to purchase another phone and transfer my service over to it.
My question is, will BestBuy allow me to return the phone for a refund? It's been open and activated but the ESN is clear since I switched the service over.
