The mainstream media is so desperate to portray world events in a negative connotation (vis-a-vi Bush and Administration) they'll do anything. I had suspicions about several photographs over the past 6 months.

NY Times retractions seem to be a daily event now. I think the fabric is coming unglued.

Where is your tin foil hat? Sometimes life isn't a series of conspiracies, it's the free market. Journalist want to sell stories and pics, papers want to sell papers. That's why we have watchdog agencies, bloggers and people get caught.

What's more disturbing are the daily lies that are done on purpose without retractions on the TV and radio by people like O'Reily, Hannity, Limbag, etc. Not too mention just about everything Fox puts on the air. But I'm sure you are outraged by that too?
