Obviously you're going to have to suspend disbelief if you want to give a series like this a chance.
The acting wasn't very good and the fight scene was ridiculous, but I'll give it another episode.
The issue with what works vs what doesn't isn't just "electricity goes out", like the one guy was saying, something fundamentally changed in physics and nobody knows why/what/how, but it has caused (among other things) all electrical devices to stop working. One thing I didn't understand is why there wasn't any steam power being used, you'd think you could burn something to generate heat/steam, which could power some machines, kind of like during the industrial revolution.
I'll give it another episode.
I'm pretty good at being able to suspend disbelief for movies or games. But even i had a hard time doing it for this show. Between the acting, plot holes etc.
the ending though was what really made me go WTF. a little charm had enough energy to power a computer? whaat?
i will watch the 2nd episode to give a chance. i really want this to be a good show to watch.
